1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QRShield Pro ("The Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the scanning tool. This service is provided primarily as an academic technology demonstrator for advanced cybersecurity capabilities.

2. Service Description and Purpose

QRShield utilizes cutting-edge Deep Learning (CNN) algorithms and Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XGBoost + SHAP) to estimate the threat vector associated with physical QR code structures and URL lexicons.

The platform provides probabilistic security assessments, not absolute guarantees. Attackers constantly evolve their obfuscation techniques. We strictly advise against relying solely on QRShield's Fusion Score to authorize highly-sensitive operations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable cyber laws. You may not:

• Use the platform to design, test, or evade security mechanisms using malicious zero-day URLs.
• Overload the API with denial-of-service volumetric scraping or scanning scripts.
• Reverse-engineer the predictive Deep Learning model or mimic the SHAP Explainer vectors.
• Submit explicitly unlawful or restricted imagery for processing.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

QRShield is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. Team Eagle and The Islamia University of Bahawalpur explicitly disclaim any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing availability of the threat intelligence.

5. Open Source and Licensing

Core components of this dashboard, including the `jsQR` and `pyzbar` decoding layers, operate underneath standard open-source licenses. The proprietary Deep Learning matrices and Fusion Architecture developed for this FYP remain the intellectual property of Team Eagle.
